The staff at Amato were professional, courteous and prompt. "Radio Joe" was a pleasure to work with, negotiated fairly and answered any questions we had. The price of the new vehicle was negotiated and set before we ever went to the dealership. They offered a fair trade value for my trade, above what I expected.

Just got a new Palisade and it's a very nice SUV. The wife and kid'o love it. Sam Othman was Great at seeing to what we wanted in the SUV and was very helpful from finding the vehicle to closing the sale. As far as I know, work was completed as ordered. it took about 20 minutes longer than quoted. Additionally, the invoice for the bill does not total correctly - the itemized lines including tax/etc., do not add up to what I was charged (I was charged more - only a few dollars, but still). I was also told my car would be washed and it was not. Dealership was not busy - 2 other people were waiting in addition to myself.

I needed my rear brakes done and the dealership I usually take my car to couldn’t get me in for a week. My husband had just had his car serviced at Amato (Menomonee Falls) and was extremely pleased, so I called and was able to get in the next day! The entire team, from customer svc to the mechanics, were great. I had to take a video call while waiting for the car and they gave me a private area to take the call. They answered my questions, washed my car and even called me a few days later ...

I Always taken my vehicle to Amato Hyundai, I can say they do care about there customers vehicles. I found out because my vehicle was damaged there some how doing service being done on it, they immediately finished the original service order and then honored the damage with know dispute or disrespect to the customer. even giving a loaner to ride in until all services was completed. Hats off to a awesome business and staff.
